Admission requirements

To become an active member :
  • Hold a university degree in occupational or organizational psychology or equivalent, at least at the level of academic license or Master's degree under the Bologna system. Foreign qualifications must be recognized by Swiss universities as equivalent: copy of confirmation of equivalence issued by the Federal Commission for the Professions of Psychology (PsyCo).
  • For those who do not hold a degree in psychology with an occupational psychology option, in addition to a degree in psychology, proof of 2 years' professional activity closely related to occupational and organizational psychology.
  • Be a member of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP)*.
  • Annual fee Fr. 150.- (Fee for new graduates during the 2 years following graduation: Fr. 75.-/year)

* FSP : If you are not yet an FSP member, you can apply for membership online and register with the FSP (see link below), using the following form. Please send the completed and signed form to PSY4WORK by email to psy4work@psychologie.ch or to PSY4WORK, Cojonnex 5, 1000 Lausanne 25.

To become a student member :
  • Be a psychology student interested in work and organizational psychology
  • Annual membership fee Fr. 50
