Mentoring program

Set up in 2021, this program aims to provide support to young graduates (and PSY4WORK members) who are questioning their professional practices and career opportunities by offering them a mentoring program with experienced occupational psychology practitioners willing to share their expertise and network their knowledge to support the new generation.

What is it?

Support for young graduates questioning their professional practices and career opportunities

Who can participate?

Mentees: young graduates in Occupational Psychology (between one and five years of practice)
Mentors: experienced occupational psychologists (from six years of practice)

How to do it?

Connect with experienced occupational psychologists who want to share their expertise and network their knowledge to support the new generation.
