PSY4WORK, The Swiss Association of Work & Organizational psychologists
Did you know that a W&O psychologist is much more than an HR consultant, coach, trainer or coordinator ?
In addition to his/her knowledge in social psychology, his/her expertise, he learned about the business context and developed skills related to management.
PSY4WORK being an association affiliated to the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP), W&O psychologist is submitted to the FSP ethical code of conduct, requiring, among others, continuous education and information.
